3. Your organization receives a unique code.
4. Share it with your members & community.

5. Receive 20% of sales made with the code.

 Mission 214 - Honoring our Military Heroes by Supporting Your Cause

Participation in the Mission 214 Program is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. The funds donated to your organization are calculated based on gross sales, and donation checks are issued on a quarterly basis. Please note:

    • Entry into the Mission 214 program is not guaranteed.
    • Your organization must be a 501c3 working directly with veterans or active-duty members and/or their families.
    • There is no guarantee of minimum funds raised and there is no limit to the amount that can be raised.
      • All transactions are subject to verification procedures.
        • Coupon code must be used at time of purchase to receive credit.
        • The 5% member discount is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers.
          • Any returns or cancellations of orders will be debited from your next fund check.
          • Terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.
            • Variety of products available will increase and some may be discontinued without notice.

            Mission 214 Fundraising Program – Terms & Conditions

            These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation of organizations ("Partner Organization") in the Mission 214 Fundraising Program ("Program") offered by Military Tribute Banners, LLC ("Mission 214"). By participating in the Program, the Partner Organization agrees to the following terms:

            1. Program Overview

            Mission 214 offers approved partner organizations a unique coupon code to share with their community. For every qualifying purchase made on our website using the organization’s coupon code, Mission 214 will donate 20% of the product subtotal (excluding tax, shipping, and discounts) back to the Partner Organization.

            2. Eligibility

            • Must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
            • Must support veterans, active-duty military, or military families.
            • ROTC and JROTC & other military-style training programs are also eligible.
            • All applicants are subject to review and approval by Mission 214.
            • Mission 214 reserves the right to decline or remove participation at any time.

            3. Coupon Code Usage

            • Each partner organization receives a unique coupon code.
            • Code must be used at checkout for purchases to count toward fundraising.
            • Mission 214 is not responsible for missed or incorrectly entered codes.
            • Codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

            4. Donation Calculation & Payment

            • Donation is 20% of the product subtotal before tax, shipping, and discounts.
            • Donations are paid quarterly within 20 days after the end of the period.
            • Minimum payout threshold of $10 applies. If not met, funds roll over to the next period.
            • Payment methods include check, PayPal, or bank transfer, as determined by Mission 214.

            5. Promotion Guidelines

            • Organizations may promote their code via email, social media, website, or printed materials.
            • Spam, coupon-sharing websites, and paid ads using Mission 214 trademarks are prohibited.
            • All promotions must align with Mission 214’s brand and values.

            6. Termination

            • Either party may terminate participation with written notice.
            • Final donation payments will be made for qualifying sales accrued prior to termination.

            7. Limitation of Liability

            Mission 214 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount earned by the Partner Organization through the Program.

            8. Changes to Terms

            Mission 214 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Organizations will be notified of significant changes via email.

            By participating in the Mission 214 Fundraising Program, your organization acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
